How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for our specialized carriers to coordinate a delivery window with you.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to offer international shipping to Europe and Oceania in the near future.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you via phone or text 24-48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your delivery appointment.
