At OMHU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
